The Yellow Wallpaper was another good story that we had to read. It was about a woman who
was going through some mental issue, and she was taken into care by her
husband. John her husband was her
doctor, who put her in an isolated room with nothing but yellow wallpaper. She spends
months in the room, with nothing to do. After some time she became insane, and
started to illusionate that there was a women within the yellow wall paper. As time
went by she began to lose a grip of reality, and started to become distant from
her friends and family. While in the
room she was trying to accomplish one thing and that was to set the lady free
within the wallpaper. This symbolize her becoming free from the room She became
obsessed with the wallpaper. Jennie who was the sister of the husband begins to
notice some strange thing around the room, like yellow stain over the wall and
stuff. She eventually ripped the wallpaper off the wall and began to crawl over
the place, and was later approached by her husband at the door where he
fainted, and she was left free to leave the room.

"The Glass Menagerie"
The
play “The glass menagerie” was very interesting, after reading the play, and
watching the movie I can tell that this family is fragile. Laura the daughter
being the most fragile separated herself from the world and devoted herself to
her glass figures. She also had a bad leg and always walked with a limp because
of her brace. Laura was very emotional, and never did anything to hurt anyone
else. The glass menagerie pretty much represented her. Another character was their mother was Amanda
Wingfield, who was constantly trying to give Laura the life that she did not have
back in her days. Tom wingfield the son
of Amanda and Laura younger brothers was taking care of the family through his
warehouse job. Tom gets frustrated from his job, and he uses alcohol to escape from
it. During the course of the play, Laura is introduced to one of tom friend Jim.
After the power went out during dinner, Laura and Jim reconnected, and she mentions
how he called her blue roses in high school. Jim gives Laura some advice about
being confident and striving for your goal in order to be successful. Jim led Laura
on with a kiss, and later told her that he was with someone else.

elephants, is about a couple that were at the other side of a train station waiting
on the train from Barcelona. And the expected arrive time for going to be in forty

into an argument about whether he would still have the same emotion for her if
she was to go through with the operation. The American told her that he’s not
going anywhere, and that he was going to stick with her, and she said that she
would do it because she did not care about herself. She said she will go through
with it, so everything could be fine. She asked him do her a favor and stop
talking about it. The bartender, brought two more glasses of beer, and alerted
them that the train was coming in two minutes. The American carried their bags
to the tracks, and when he came back to the table, he asked her if she felt better.
She answered that she feels fine.
